Set a routine, be consistent

Discipline precedes self discipline

Offensive Concepts
:
Talk, Talk, Talk
Find the weakness and exploit it
Work as one unit
Your line mates are your best weapons
Trust them to come through
Anticipate what’s next
Know where they are going to be, Move the ball there
Hold the ball no more than 3 seconds
Think fast, react quicker
Tell your team what you want them to do
